Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| My photos aren't there on another computer or iPad. | Each device keeps its own library. Import the photos again there, or export from the first device. |
| My photos disappeared. | Private or incognito windows, and clearing the browser's data, delete the library. Use a normal window and keep your original files. |
| A message says photos can't be saved, or the device is out of space. | Export your work now. Then remove photos you've finished with from the library, or free up space on the device. |
| Subject or Object does nothing, or shows an error. | The first use downloads the AI model, so check the internet connection and try again. Then click Check this device… in Masks and note which line shows a ✗. |
| The editor shows a WebGL or graphics error. | Update the browser, or try Chrome. Very old computers may not support it. |
| A photo won't import. | Use JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, HEIC or a camera RAW file. A RAW file from a very new camera may not be readable yet: export it as JPEG. |
| A RAW photo is slow to open, or the page reloads on a phone. | RAW files need a lot of memory: edit them on a computer, or use the camera's JPEG on a phone. |
| The app on my iPad or iPhone looks out of date. | Close it fully (swipe it away) and open it again. |
| Prints are darker than the screen. | Turn the screen brightness down using Brightness check, and soft-proof on paper before printing. |
If something else goes wrong, note the device, the browser and what you clicked, and tell your teacher.
