Getting started
Open grainandtone.co.uk in a web browser. There is nothing to install and no account to make.

Add it to the Home Screen (iPad and iPhone): open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It then opens full screen, like an app.
Where your photos are kept: on the device you are using, in that browser. Nothing is uploaded, so your photos stay private. This also means:
- Photos you import on a school computer are not on your iPad, and the other way round.
- Your library is still there next time on the same device and browser.
- Private or incognito windows forget everything when closed.
- Always export finished work, and keep your original files. Clearing the browser's data deletes the library.
The app opens on the Library. Switch between Library and Edit with the buttons at the top.
